BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 4527 Hixson Pike, being on the northwest line of Hixson Pike at Bagwell Avenue. First 280 feet comprising lots 2, 3 and 4, A.E. Bazemore Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 18, page 66, R.O.H.C., and an unplatted tract, being the property described in deed book 3054, page 560, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 110I-C-2. from R-1 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Permitted use of property is any use permitted in R-1 Zone or Nursery facility. 2. Requiring sign-obscuring foliage remaining along Bagwell Avenue and on the west side and filled in where necessary. 3. Exclusion of additional curb cuts into Bagwell Avenue. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
